MidState Medical Center is a $70 million, 237,000 square foot general hospital. Jenkins Design was responsible for designing, purchasing, creating and installing 250 pieces of thematic and interchangeable artwork. Commission also involved the design and installation of a 40-foot high History Timeline pylon, a 20-foot 'food x-ray mural' for the cafeteria, and an exhibit on the hospital's nursing school. Also 54 ft. of vertically moving messages outlining the history of the 'midstate' area and the history of medicine.
